How the free trial works

- Day 14 Your first US$99 for a year, or US$9.99 for a month, unless you cancel at least a day before.
- Any time Cancel in Hewy under Settings → Account, in your Apple account if you subscribed through the App Store, or on your hewy.ai account.

Is there a free plan?
There's a 14-day free trial with everything in it. After that, Hewy is US$99 a year, or US$9.99 a month.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Through the App Store, switch in your Apple account's subscription settings: moving to yearly starts at once, with the unused part of your month credited, and moving to monthly starts when your year ends. Through hewy.ai, switch under Manage Billing on your account page.
Do I pay for AI separately?
Yes. Agents use your own API keys or your Claude or ChatGPT plan, so AI usage is billed by your provider. Hewy never marks up tokens, and shows what each chat has used.
Does one subscription cover all my devices?
Yes. Sign in to your Hewy account on each, and one subscription covers your Macs, iPhones and Android phones, wherever you bought it. On Macs and iPhones, the same Apple Account works too, even without a Hewy account.
How do I cancel?
Anytime: in your Apple account's subscription settings if you subscribed through the App Store, or under Manage Billing on your account page if you subscribed on hewy.ai. Cancel during the trial and you won't be charged.
What does it cost outside the US?
The App Store sets the price in your country's currency, so it may differ slightly from US$99 or US$9.99. On hewy.ai it's charged in US dollars, plus any tax that applies where you live.
Where can I get it?
For Mac and iPhone, on the App Store everywhere except the European Union and China mainland. For Android, as a download from hewy.ai. All three are coming soon.
